Frequently asked questions
We’re a social enterprise that helps not-for-profits and social enterprises secure funding and grow their impact. Our services include grant writing, strategic funding support, and ongoing grant readiness coaching.
We write a wide range of grants including:
Government grants (local, state, and federal)
Philanthropic foundation and trust grants
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) grants and sponsorships
Operational, project-specific, and capacity-building funding
Our pricing is flexible depending on the scope and nature of the work. For project-based grant writing, we typically charge a fixed fee. For ongoing support, we offer monthly retainers. As a social enterprise, we also offer reduced rates for grassroots organisations where possible.
We’ll guide you through what we need, but typically it includes:
A clear description of your organisation and programs
Project details (goals, timelines, beneficiaries)
Evidence of need and impact
Budget and financials
Supporting documents like strategic plans, evaluation reports, or letters of support
If you're not sure you have everything ready, don’t worry - we’ll work with you to build it out.
Depending on the size and complexity of the grant, it usually takes 1 to 4 weeks from start to submission. We always recommend starting early, especially for larger applications that require input from multiple stakeholders.
No grant writer can guarantee success - and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do guarantee is that we’ll submit a compelling, high-quality application that gives you the best chance possible. We also help you build long-term grant readiness, so your success improves over time.
Absolutely. We offer grant prospecting and tailored funding strategies to help you identify the best-fit opportunities for your organisation.
Definitely. We love working with early-stage or grassroots organisations. Whether you’ve never applied for a grant or just need to get better organised, we’ll help you understand the process and build your internal capacity.
Good grant writing is more than just ticking boxes - it’s about telling your story in a way that resonates with funders. We bring experience, strategy, and a deep understanding of what funders look for, so you can spend less time stressing and more time delivering impact.
